The matter proved technically and legally challenging, requiring input from the Ekonomikas ministrija\/ Ministry of Economics and other experts and led to more than ten years of litigation.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfd7\ufe0f Thanks to CORVUS\u2019s persistent legal strategy, the owner of the neighboring plot agreed to reduce the planned building height from six to four storeys, avoiding adverse effects on the client\u2019s property.<\/p>\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Another core issue involved the correct interpretation of the Administrative Procedure Law: how to terminate legal proceedings when, during litigation, the contested part of a building permit is removed by the authority at the permit holder\u2019s request.
