The court terminated the proceedings regarding property valued at <strong data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"444\">EUR 3.8 million<\/strong>, and the case officer lifted the freeze imposed on the client\u2019s assets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"763\">\ud83d\udcd1 Both the first-instance and appellate courts found that the evidence in the case did not provide grounds to conclude that the frozen assets were of criminal origin.
